Why my ledger doesn't show all funds in one Address?

A shibe asked today this and I wonder if anyone have the answer 👇

I’ve hold Doge for 1-2y (ledger cold wallet). But I can’t find my address on Dogecoin address..
My quantity is X , but I can’t find out this number.
I’m scared that ledger can control my coins.

Which country are you in? Some countries have blocked Ledger’s blockchain synchronization server and may not be able to correctly display the number of cryptocurrency coins.
Solution: Synchronize wallet balance through transfer server

I recently had to update to the latest version because it didn't synchronize either... but I didn't like it at all... is there a way to have access to the coins in case I can't synchronize? I have the 24 words but I don't know which wallet to put them in... I really like dogechain.info for the convenience of not having to update but I don't know... what can you recommend? ty :)
